Thomas Machura
Twelve years as COO of a family manufacturing and distribution business — B2B export across Europe, then the US and Canada. Before you put your name down
Who is this actually for?
Established businesses doing $2–20M with 10–50 people — manufacturing, e-commerce, wholesale and distribution, trades, service firms. Not startups and not pre-revenue.
How much time will it take each week?
About three hours: roughly two hours of async teaching and templates, plus a live session every three weeks. Deliberately spaced so it doesn’t compete with running the business.
Do I have to bring someone from my team?
No. It’s one seat, one person. Either you learn it and install it yourself, or you send your best person to learn it and install it. Not both together.
What happens after the twelve weeks?
You own the system and every artifact. There’s an ongoing membership for alumni who want the rhythm maintained.
